Senior Electrical Engineer
As a member of our team you will be a part of the diversity
and depth of experience allowing us to tackle virtually
any size or type of project with both speed of delivery
and technical excellence. As an Electrical Engineer you
will lead the design of electrical systems and applications
for products that we currently offer and help develop new
product lines. Through attending site surveys, meeting with
our team, coordination with trades, and delegation of project
tasks, you will ensure project deadlines are met and a superior
product is delivered.
Coordinate with the Engineering team for project assignments
and on new product development ideas.
Coordinate, conduct and delegate project responsibilities
to engineering team members.
Prioritize engineering team labor to meet multiple moving
Track project budgets.
Attend site surveys to gather initial project data.
Attend meetings to discuss project design.
Coordination with Hinikers team throughout the whole
life cycle of the product.
Perform post construction punch walks to ensure design intents
have been met.
Attending and participating in weekly Engineering Project
Provide support and direction for production issue resolution.
Establish success criteria for manufacturing readiness (repeatability,
Desired Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
7 years experience as a lead Electrical Engineer or
Senior Electrical Engineer.
Desired Skill Sets
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Ability to mentor young engineers and participate in their
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality.
Ability to review others work and give appropriate
feedback to ensure quality control.
Ability to participate in construction phase services.
