Hiniker 5600 Series Flail Windrowers can substantially
cut your field time by shredding and windrowing stalks
in one pass.
Both the 5610 15-ft flail shredder and the 5620 20-ft flail shredder
use a full width end-delivery cross auger to build neat, uniform
windrows ready for baling or stacking.
Hiniker’s new 30-foot, center-delivery version
model 5630 Shredder/Windrower covers 12, 30-inch rows. The
model features a built-in hydraulic end-transport system and safety
lighting. The 1000 rpm constant-velocity PTO shaft with overrunning
clutch protects the tractor and windrower drive components.

Harvesting Time with the Hiniker 5600 Series
Equipped
with a unique augering system the 5600 Series Windrowers give you
the potential to reduce harvesting trips across the field by 50%.
The 5610 gives you a choice of 6- or 12-row windrows and a 15-ft
cutting width while the 5620 offers a choice between 8- or 16-row windrows
and a 20-ft cutting width. To achieve maximum windrow size, the operator
simply doubles back and lays a second windrow adjacent to the first
one. The 5630 Shredder/Windrower covers 12, 30-inch rows and a 30-ft
cutting width.

Converting
from windrowing to spreading is easily done in just a few minutes
time. Just disable the auger drive and open the hinged cover doors.
With the compact design of the 5600 Series, there’s no need
to move bulky sheet metal deflectors in or out..

High-vacuum 3-inch cup knives ensure clean thorough shredding.
Rotors are
factory spin balanced for smooth operation.
All rotor and drive shaft bearings are
2-inch diameter self-aligning. Bearings are triple lip sealed
and shielded. Rotor bearings are precision piloted for long
term stability and life.
235 hp rated Superior™
gearboxes provide long-life
trouble-free performance.
Constant-velocity P.T.O shafts are
standard equipment to reduce driveline vibration and knocking
when turning. An overrunning clutch is also included, providing
protection for both tractor and shredder.
